I find the C type connector a bit odd as none of my other devices use it. But I can attest it keeps charged for quite a while as I left it turned on by accident and only discovered this when I picked it up again 2 days later – but it still played just fine. It is supposed to last 8 hours but I have never listened that long. You can certainly listen for 4 or 5 hours with no problem. I have not really been interested in the high of ‘Hi-Fi’ when using the FiiO BTR1but it seemed perfectly good for my listening and gives me a chance to dust off some older headphones. I got them as a way to use some of my old tradition headphones with my iPhone 7 and spotify for chilled listening and they are great. You may need to adjust the volume depending on your listening preference and taste in music. They drive my Grado SR80s with no problem.
However these were a breeze and pair easily y and instantly with my iPhone 7. I have tinkered with some bluetooth transmitters and receivers before with mixed results and sometimes complex to set up and pair. I found these on-line and was lucky enough to get one as an xmas gift.
